Contract Summary

Do you have a passion for social media, editing and sport? IMG Social and Digital team are seeking experienced Assistant Producers to join our team of content creators working primarily across EuroLeague Basketball.

You’ll work across live games producing content in a fast turnaround environment, craft platform specific scroll-stopping edits as well as vodcasts and much more.

This is a great opportunity to work in a creative environment and produce best in class content.

You will have a brilliant grasp of viral content, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to see ideas from creative conception through to delivery.

You will need to be able to multi-task across a variety of exciting project, have excellent communication skills, bags of enthusiasm and the editorial nous to provide a stream of ideas that will see us evolve our content on a continuous basis.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Work closely with Producer and Senior Producer to ensure smooth running of multi-faceted content production across a variety of federations- Assist with the organization of content output - assisting the Producer with supervising ‘game nights’ and developing editorial themes- Self-editing rushes on Adobe Premiere and Blackbird for use on social media- Brief, oversee and train Assistant Producers and freelancers- Experience editing to high standard for social media- Follow key trends on social and identify how we could leverage them with our output- Writing scripts that are not only editorially strong but are factually correct.- Grow relationships with the wider EuroLeague department to ensure they see IMG as a production solution for all content requirements

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc- Flexible hours and occasional weekend work- You may be required to work at any of our various London offices

Key Results Areas- Develop editorial variety of content to work- Cooperation with the wider department, working across a variety of projects- Editorial and production standards rigorously maintained

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience- Excellent skills using Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro and After Effects- Extensive knowledge of social media landscape- Experience creating content for digital use.- Experience delivering short turnaround content to high production standard

Skills and Abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and to tight deadlines- Computer literate- Strong script-writing skills- Full driver’s license

Aptitudes- Diplomacy and calmness under pressure- Excellent editorial judgment- Good team player- Positive, professional, and keen approach to work- Flexibility & adaptability

Working Conditions- This is a 12 month fixed term position based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge- Working hours are an average of 40 hours a week- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required- Free onsite parking (for roles based at Stockley Park)
