Woo (by ITV) is a new generation digital media brand and marketplace redefining wellness. We aim to make wellbeing discoverable, aspirational and culturally relevant.

Woo aims to engage with Gen Z (and Gen Y) with their passion points: music, fashion, activism and culture but through a wellness lens. We take un-conventional practices that are designed to improve the human experiences, align them with cultural icons and deliver it in a way that feels accessible, relatable and desirable. Think documentaries, reality series, and endorphins releasing videos, audio and beyond.

**This role entails**

The Social Producer plays a key role in developing a positive, optimistic, inspirational community across the Woo networks. The role sits within the Woo Social team, reporting to the Head of Social.
- Work with the Head of Social to develop social content that sets the cultural agenda and helps us redefine wellness for a generation. You will pitch, develop and execute social driven content that grows our audiences and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to distribute our original video and editorial across social channels. Work with in-house designers to create platform-specific clips and assets (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat) that drive conversations around editorial themes.
- Lead on talent curation for Woo social content and input on talent discussions across the business, developing relationships with talent/press agencies.Develop and execute the Woo tone of voice across social copy, alongside the Head of Social.
- Work within the team to coordinate a content programming schedule that optimises content performance across our network. Use social publishing tools to schedule and post content and community management.
- Work with the Head of Social to develop platform strategies that focus on growing the Woo community. Use knowledge of social platforms and youth culture to lean into trends and future proof Woo’s social content.
- Manage contracts, agreements, briefs, invoicing and external communications with freelancers and community members

**Minimum role criteria**:

- Experience working within social media at fashion, wellness, e-commerce, or youth culture spaces
- Proven experience of social copywriting within the fashion, editorial or related industry
- A love of and genuine interest in wellness and culture
