Asbestos Senior Solicitor - 7 years+ PQE - Birmingham - Claimant
**Experience and Attributes Required**:

- 7 years+ PQE
- Proven tactical litigation skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Thorough understanding of multi-track cases
- Costs and the litigation process experience
- Highly organised

**Role**:

- Handling claims for asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer
- Run a high value multi-track caseload
- Running a case from initial interview to trial, including cases issued in the High Court
- Develop relationships with asbestos groups, nurses and trade unions and clients
- Assist with the motivation, delegation, coaching and supervision of junior team members and supervision of junior team members.
