We have an amazing opportunity and are recruiting an Immediate start - Caretaker for our client in Wigan (WN2).

**This is a permanent position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementation of site projects.
- Staff supervision.
- Basic building maintenance.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
- Deep cleaning in summer.

Our requirements:

- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
- Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 1 year including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
- Must be pro active, friendly, hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts: Split shifts Monday - Friday 6.00am-10.00am and 15:00pm

Annual salary: £21,840
