Full time Dental Receptionist required for mixed NHS/Private for a family ran Practice on the High Street, Newton le Willows.

Dental experience is an advantage however, not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients when they arrive at the practice
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain patient accounts and records
- Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
- Inform patients of payment options if applicable
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements
- Sort and organise incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain petty cash available in the dental office
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5.30pm

Thursday are till 6.30pm but this is on a rota basis, therefore not every week

Lunch 1pm-2pm

**Requirements**:

- Basic IT knowledge
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Confident in answering the phone
- Highly organised

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Work Location: One location
