Experience working in Further Education or Higher Education is an advantage although not essential.
**Your duties
You'll be working across a varied curriculum with groups of students to provide hands on and relevant commercial experiences.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the College is best placed to serve the needs of industry and our students by demonstrating key practical skills including safe animal handling in a range of practical sessions.
You will lead engaging and relevant practical lessons for students on the Level 1 - 3 Animal Welfare courses and assist in developing schemes of work and lesson plans for practical lessons.
**Person specification
Do you have experience in the Animal Welfare Industry?
Do you hold or are you willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent?
Do you have experience of handling a range of animals safely?
Are you able to motivate students?
