Woodworking Instructor

Job Title: Woodworking Faculty Member

Salary: £27,679.40 - £33,243.20 (pro rata to the full-time equivalent of £34,723.00 - $42,415.00 per annum)

We are seeking an exceptional educator in woodworking to join our construction faculty at Moulton College.

This role is 0.8 FTE, working Monday to Wednesday, and also Monday and Wednesday evenings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in woodworking skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training in woodworking techniques to students
• Maintain and improve learning environments at our campus
• SOURCE and manage professional-standard resources for students
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic excellence

Key Qualifications:

• Possess relevant teaching experience and qualifications in woodworking or a related field
• Have extensive knowledge of woodworking principles and practices
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate students
