An opportunity has arisen for an administration coordinator within the Diabetes Eye Screening Programme for Lincolnshire.

This is a full-time post working closely with the senior administration team, within the administration office located at the Pilgrim Hospital.

To support the Service Manager to ensure the achievement of specific DESP targets. Dutys include, but are not limited to;
1.Supervise and provide support to the administration team.

2.AssisttheService Manager with monthly validation ofthe single collatedpatient list.

3.Collate monthly DNAinformationto send to GPs to encourage patient attendance.

4.Monitor admin stationery stock levels and order accordingly.

To assist the Service Manager in developing a shared vision for the admin team and to promote a culture where all staff understand, and are involved and working together towards the achievement of service and Trust objectives.

Ensure performance/activity relating to DESP is identified and discussed with the Service Manager and Management Team.

Responsible for the operational and performance management of the DESP admin staff and to delegate work appropriately.

Be available and accessible to departmental staff for advice and support.
