We have over 120 employees based all over the world. Some work on a hybrid basis in London and others work remotely.
This is a hybrid role where the office days are based at our Fenchurch Street offices, in the heart of London). Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK. Ability to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays is essential.

Metric’s product is an innovative industry-leading sports betting platform, built by smart people with an ambition to do things differently. Our Mission is: To build the most engaging betting products, ethically.
We are a boutique B2B provider that, uniquely, offers operators all the control and autonomy of an in-house cloud-based Sportsbook with the convenience of a turnkey solution.
All our products are built using proprietary technology with innovation at their core, focussing on the need for our customers to have new and engaging products and services.
Your Day-to-Day
We work closely together - we support each other but expect to be challenged daily, too.
Your day-to-day will include managing sportsbook content, ensuring the accurate presentation and availability of all sports events for betting. This involves vigilant monitoring of activity and promptly addressing any pricing issues that arise, making sure to report them to the Trading Desk Manager in real-time. You will also oversee liability control and pricing for various sporting fixtures, aiming to optimise profitability and competitiveness.
Collaboration with the internal analytics team is essential for effectively implementing Metric Gaming's Bettor Management Strategy, utilising data analysis to enhance the overall betting experience. Conducting bettor analysis to profile customers and understand their preferences and behaviours is a crucial aspect of your role, enabling you to manage risk and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will also maintain constant communication with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational issues promptly. Additionally, you'll help provide comprehensive coverage for both pre-match and live in-play golf events for Metric Gaming's golf product, helping create, price and trade golf events.
