Patient Facilitator

Curian Medical are a nationwide provider of medical treatment and rehabilitation, working closely with the insurance and personal injury markets. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Facilitator to work alongside a small team of 5.

Initially you will identify and discuss treatment plans according to the patients personal medical needs with our patients, identifying appropriate venues within our network to attend.

The role is on rotation with two other roles, Reporting coordinator and Treatment Scheduler, which you will be trained in the fulness of time. However these encompass many of the same facets including the below;
- Maintain company SLA’s.
- General administrative tasks
- Arranging patient appointments
- Updating customers as to the process of their referral.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Filing and scanning
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to think about the bigger picture
- A great attitude and outstanding work ethic
- Be proactive, not reactive

This is a hybrid role and you will be onsite in Willenhall/Telford on average one day a month. The role is Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with one hours lunch,

**Salary**: £18,965.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
