**Job Title: Academy Catering Supervisor**

**Reporting: Head of Catering**
**Location: Training Ground - Jersey Road**
**Salary: £28,000-£32,000**

**The Role of Academy Catering Supervisor**
**Main Accountabilities**
- Support the Head Chef to prepare and serve high quality food & beverage
- Operate and deliver food & beverage service
- Monitor quality of food, portion control and preparation of dietary provisions
- Ensure staff meet customer needs and maintain high levels of catering provision
- Ensure front of house is kept tidy and well stocked with hot drink provision
- Maintain high levels of record keeping e.g. ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in accordance with food hygiene health and safety regulations,
- Ensure defects and breakdowns are reported correctly
- Assist the Head Chef with statutory risk assessments and COSHH related to catering functions
- Take an active role in service improvements
- Ensure that all contact with players and their representatives complies with the Club’s Safeguarding Policy
- To ensure that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels
