**Job Title: Production and Logistics Coordinator**

**Company Background**

Red House Foods is an 11 year old dynamic and growing company based in Amesbury, making gluten-free frozen and chilled food - pizza, ready meals and coated products - mainly sold in the major retailers. We require a Logistics & Production Coordinator to work in our close-knit family-like team

**Role & Key Tasks**
- Front of House (Phone answering, guest greeting etc)
- Update Stock board with any despatches from previous day
- Process all orders onto Prodtrac and update stock boards
- Run internal stock transfer processes
- Input all Productions onto Prodtrac and investigate any small discrepancies.
- Arrange Transport for next day
- Arrange any 3rd Party deliveries due when needed.
- Monitor the clocking in/out system and update all clocking’s to read correctly at end of day.
- Assist the Production manager with arranging staff rotas
- Prepare all despatch notes and pallet trackers
- Monitor PPE levels and place orders with the suppliers to replenish
- Complete the Dairy orders on time each week
- Assist Logistics manager with stock checks
- To help cover the role of Logistics manager in their absence
- To complete ad-hoc purchases when required
- To fill in all required KPI spreadsheets and collate all information into the Daily KPI print out.
- To be the main goods in contact for any hauliers wishing to book in a delivery
- File-away any paperwork that is no longer required out
- Update Prodtrac with any wastage reports from factory
- Input all Goods in onto Prodtrac following goods in procedure
- Be a point of contact from the factory and to contact relevant departments if required.
- Process all despatched form our warehousing partner and prepare orders for invoicing
- Invoice Orders by allocating stock and producing physical invoices to be sent to the accounts department
- Sales & Purchase Ledger capturing and coding
**Experience & Personality Required**
- Highly accurate and computer literate with excellent Excel and spread sheet skills, including lookup formula use
- A good communicator with a good & persistent telephone manner
- Ideally they will have exposure to an ERP system like ProdTrac which we use
**Salary & Conditions**
- Salary Range £25k - £27k depending on experience
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
