Bennett and Game are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join the growing Renewable Energy diviaion. This is an entry level position within the business with no previous experience required, although an interest in the Renewable Energy industrywould be beneficial. Once you have completed our in-house, on the job training plan you will add value by assisting the sales team within the Renewable Energy division.

**Recruitment Resourcer - Renewable EnergyPosition Overview**
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function

**Recruitment Resourcer - Renewable EnergyPosition Requirements**
- Experience within a sales or customer service environment
- An interest / understanding of the Renewable Energy industry preferable but not essential
- Based within a commutable distance of Chichester
- Able to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills
- Proven written and verbal English language skills
- Strong organisation skills that are process driven and pragmatic.

**Recruitment Resourcer - Renewable EnergyPosition Remuneration**
- Basic Salary £17,000 - £20,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Uncapped Resourcer Bonus Structure
- Vitality Private Healthcare
- Mon to Thurs, 08:30 till 17:30, Friday 08:30 till 13:00.
- 20 days' holiday + 8 days Bank Holiday + Paid Christmas shut down + 1 Additional Day's Holiday for each year of service (up to max of 25 days) and your Birthday off
- Internal and External training with a clear progression plan
- Regular social events
