Office Administrator/personal Assistant

Heavy Lift Projects Ltd is a small business in Edinburgh. We are agile and innovative.
Our company is looking for an experienced Adminstrator/Personal Assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining and efficient filing system and clerical system.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Arranging travel for the team including summation of and positing of expense reports.
- Processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist with pulling together monthly management reporting.
- Assist with pulling together board reporting and associated minutes.
- Provide full PA support to Directors
- Assisting with the production of finance, marketing and investment packs.
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
