Then read on... Our client is a reputable and rapidly expanding logistics organisation based in Meriden, Coventry are seeking a Business Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

The purpose of this role is to support the business functions on a daily basis. Address queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide administrative support to all areas of the business.

Duties will include:

- Produce letters, meeting invitations, process outcomes etc.. in accordance with information provided through company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate diaries to book meetings and events with internal and external participants.
- Process set up/close down requests for new starters, transfers and leavers.
- Assist with the production of KPI data on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide support to the HR Assistant in order to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Provide support to the HR Assistant to ensure all employee documents are collected and stored in line GDPR & IPP Document Retention Policy.
- Assist with induction programmes for all new starters.
- Process requests for key systems access and equipment.
- Provide advice in response to employee queries throughout employment.
- Produce end of employment documentation in accordance with information provided through company policies and procedures.
- Process reference requests as required.
- Assist HR Assistant in coordinating training & development activities across the business.
- Provide support to the HR Assistant to coordinate external providers and attendees for development functions.
- Arrange routine and ad-hoc building maintenance activities.
- Ensure stocks of PPE and workwear are maintained.
- Process orders for office supplies.
- Respond to requests for replacement equipment, upgrades and systems access are processed appropriately.
- Provide support to HR Assistant in car leasing activities.
- Ensure employee records are kept up to date and securely stored in accordance with GDPR and the company Document Retention Policy.
- Assist with payroll activities when required.
- Provide support to the business in all activities as required.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

High attention to detail

Previous experience within a busy administration role

Good IT skills to include Word and Excel

High level of confidentiality
