**Key Responsibilities**
As a Principal Consultant, you will take responsibility for the following:
- Act as a key point of contact for key client relationships, taking responsibility for managing and developing those accounts.
- Engage with clients to identify and refine their requirements, formulating solutions that are aligned to those needs and adhere to the principles of best practice.
- Communicate proposed solutions and their benefits, both in writing and during more formal presentations, to clients and their critical stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of business development activities alongside the Head of Business Psychology.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the solutions introduced ensuring they have met client expectations and delivered the intended impact on the individuals and teams involved.
- Maintain commercial oversight of projects, monitoring progress towards the achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
- Support the development of less experienced consultants, facilitating the delivery of internal workshops that assist their professional development.
**Experience Required**
To excel in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Leading projects across the full consultancy cycle from initial client engagement to ongoing relationship management.
- Consulting with a wide-range of senior stakeholders in a collaborative manner, diagnosing issues and successfully implementing assessment _and _development strategies and solutions.
- Conducting job analysis and competency framework design, including organisation-wide frameworks, or frameworks across multiple levels.
- Conducting behavioural assessments at senior levels as part of one-to-one leadership/executive assessment and development programmes.
- Designing and evaluating a broad range of development solutions, including the design of individual and group development programmes and the facilitation of team and group workshops.
- Using a range of psychometric assessments in the context of senior leadership assessment and development.
**Technical/Qualification Requirements**
- MSc in Occupational/Organisational Psychology
- Test User: Occupational, Ability (or Level A equivalent)
- Test User: Occupational, Personality (or Level B equivalent)
- Registered Occupational Psychologist with HCPC
- Chartered Membership with BPS (CPsychol)
