**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Key Accountabilities / Deliverables**:

- First point of contact, face to face, and telephone for internal and external customers
- Raise purchase orders and perform purchase order tracking via the PRD tracker
- Responsible for obtaining internal approval for purchase orders and administering the purchasing system
- Acknowledge customer orders
- Perform job costings and update accounts on outstanding customer purchase orders
- Prepare quotation templates and assign job numbers, administering the quotations log
- Provide logistics support to engineering team by supplying equipment, ordering parts, arranging for collections and delivery to site
- Promptly deliver engineers timesheets to customers
- Administer Fortron enquiries, obtaining quotes from suppliers & quoting customers
- Administer and update MTT service contract tacker ready for weekly operations meeting
- Administer goods inwards process, taking receipt of deliveries, booking in parts and notifying internal customers of critical deliveries
- Return new supplier account forms and perform supplier due diligence
- Send out information packs to new and existing customers
- Perform filing and archiving as required
- Company vehicle administration, liaising with insurance companies and short-term hire companies
- Provide travel support to all employees, arranging flights and hotels as required
- Oversee P.P.E. and workwear requests
- Perform other assigned tasks as appropriate
- First Aider

- Proven excellent skills in numeracy, literacy, administration, organisational and communication
- Be able to work effectively under pressure individually, whilst remaining a strong team player
- Someone who is used to following documented procedures

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Have excellent computer skills, in particular good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Some experience of working in a fast paced office, trade counter or similar industry
- Be willing to undergo training on workplace first aid and fork lift truck driving
