This is not a typical “driving” job & no two days will ever be the same. We repair some of the most innovative vehicles ever made and as a Customer Service Driver it is your responsibility to ensure these vehicles are collected & delivered to the customers’ requirements.

**Job Role**:

- Deliver and collect vehicles from customers premises
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to our customers
- Check-in customers vehicles, making note of the accident damage requiring repair, as well as any pre-existing blemishes
- Take thorough photographs of vehicles on check-in, both inside and outside
- Assist in maintaining the company courtesy car fleet
- Checking Loan Vehicles in/out & collecting/delivering them from customer premises
- Clean and check courtesy vehicles when required
- Upload check-in images to the company Management System for reference by other departments
- Complete any relevant paperwork in line with Company Standards
- Bring vehicle defects & damages to the attention of your Line Manager
- You will also be responsible for an allocated Company phone
- Robust collection of payments from customers (cash, or ringing through card payments over the phone)

**Other experience, knowledge & skills to include**:

- Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and patience
- Reliable & self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Very good written and spoken English is essential
