**Title: Head of Fundraising Wales**

**Salary: £43,250 - £48,048 per annum**

**Hours/Contract : 35 hours/week**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Based: Remote working**

This is a great opportunity to lead our talented fundraising team in Wales.

Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end of life charity. Marie Curie Nurses, Hospices and Support Line are here day and night, seven days a week.

Our fundraising team in Wales secures and builds long term relationships with individuals, Fundraising Groups, volunteers, clubs, groups and associations and corporate partners in the community and Wales.

**What we are looking for:
- You will be passionate about end-of-life care and supporting everyone through all aspects of death, dying and bereavement
- You will be a dynamic, inspiring, and experienced people and relationship manager
- You will have a proven track-record in managing geographically dispersed teams to deliver income
- You will be a tenacious, results driven, self-starter who thrives on identifying new opportunities
- You will have the ability to turn a strategy into an operational plan, engaging others to create shared ownership of the plans.
