We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing aftercare team, based at our fabulous offices in Farringdon.

You will report to the Head of Aftercare and undertake a variety of admin responsibilities relating to the job role. A willingness to learn, be able to take on daily challenges in a fast moving and dynamic environment and be completely reliable and dependable are key.

The main responsibilities are twofold...

a) to deliver a high level of customer service to our client and customer base through effective liaison and coordination with our contractors

and

b) to ensure the prompt resolution of post-handover defects from inception to satisfactory completion in a timely manner

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate their proven experience in a similar role and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, efficient administration and excellent time management and organisational skills.

Educated to at least GCSE/O Level or equivalent, your IT skills will need to be to an intermediate standard in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Training will be provided on the department’s software packages. A confident and outgoing disposition would serve you well in this role and the ability to work on your own and part of a team are paramount as you will be expected to cover for your colleagues on occasions.
