Our vibrant and agile HR team provide support on a full range of comprehensive and professional HR services for our employees across several sites in Wales. Reporting to the HR partner you will:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to instil confidence in advice
- Partner with managers to support and deliver at service level, the company people plan
- Provide sound and informed HR advice to the business with a high focus on proactively managing compliance processes.
- Provide regular and meaningful feedback to your line manager identifying patterns and trends with people and compliance matters.
- Monitor absence and holidays
- supporting services to analyse data trends and devising practices that will counter any issues with absence.
- Provide administrative support for investigations, disciplinary and appeal hearings and advise line managers and staff on organisational policy and best practice.
- Support the people and wellbeing agenda for the service and support the team to push forward with these positive initiatives.
- Hold CIPD qualification.
- Have experience of providing HR support to multiple staff groups offering advice and guidance, with a coaching style.
- Hold honesty and integrity as core values
- Have a warm personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to advise clearly and influence others by being a reliable professional who meets all objectives set.
- Demonstrate a leadership style that motivates and so ensures continued growth and success.
- Have drive to succeed, overcoming obstacles with a positive and solution focused mind-set.
