**Responsibilities:
- Organising, making appointments and maintaining diaries on a daily basis to ensure there are no potential conflicts and to maximise efficiency.
- Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings including preparation of documentation, booking meeting rooms/venues and organising catering.
- Ensuring the President Europe is well-prepared for meetings.
- Manage communication on President Europe's behalf when required.
- Extensive travel arrangements nationally and internationally.
- Project and event co-ordination internally and externally.
- Fielding and managing President's calls to ensure rapid resolution.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other documentation as requested.
- Support Presidents internal communications and professional social media.
- General administration - expenses, collecting the post etc. Travel to meetings where required.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Experience of working for very Senior Executives preferably in an international capacity, in a very busy environment.
- Proficient in Teams, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Useful to have experience of Visio.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Accurate, fast typing (often within tight timescales).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Willing and able to travel within Europe to support meetings/events. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexibility is required.
