Agora Talent are excited to be working with an iconic British Retail PLC in their search to find a new Interim Group Reporting Manager. This popular heritage brand has developed a truly unique image in the mind of consumers and offers the chance to workwith a friendly and supportive team whilst developing their experience within a highly regarded brand.

The role will report to the Head of Group Reporting and will provide assistance in the production of all financial and management accounts, as well as providing exposure to the Group External Reporting Manager and all Group & Regional FP&A teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for the Head of Group Reporting, taking responsibility for the company's accounting and financial internal reporting.
- Take responsibility for reporting accurately on monthly group management accounts and making sure they provide clear insight and understanding to all internal stakeholders.
- Follow management accounts reporting structure.
- Carry out the Monthly Board Trading Report ensuring accuracy with other relevant information. Provide commercial commentary for each territory which will be included in the board pack.
- Understand key commercial business drivers for all regions within the Group and be able to explain and expand on this.
- Work alongside all regional finance teams to produce high-level management accounts and provide clear analysis and commentary on financial performance.
- Prepare weekly direct-to-consumer performance reporting, working with various regional finance teams to provide a robust guideline for group policies on similar measures.
- Collaborate with the external reporting team and Investor Relations to provide timely and accurate interim and year-end reporting.
- Be able to understand the forecast and budget process and how it affects reporting. Work with the FP&A team to communicate any potential issues in reports.
- Provide help and assistance in the implementation of any new accounting standards throughout the business.
- Ad-hoc reporting as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- 3 years + post-qualified experience.
- Experience in a Retail/FMCG business desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to agreed deadlines.
- Experience working with various senior stakeholders across different departments.
