**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Packaging and Distribution Project Managers to help resolve client impacting issues.
- Oversee the Team’s credit request area by logging incoming requests and allocating work to the team.
- Raising of accurate credit notes and sales invoices as required.
- Housekeeping of team data both electronic and paper, within company data protection protocols
- Supporting team and Team Lead Manager with updating of tracking spreadsheets
- Organise and maintain the team’s process document folder

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Experience in Invoicing an advantage but not compulsory
- Educated to GCSE standard
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Team player and self-motivated with good attention to detail
- Customer focused, internal and external
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Flexibility to work as required at busy times, such as month-end
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge of posting Invoices in Coda.
