Job Introduction
Training Now are offering a great opportunity for a **Senior Administrator** to join their team.

**About the Role**

The role will be responsible for the administrative function across the business including offering support to the senior leadership team and overall responsibility for critical tasks.

The primary duties of the role may include, but are not exclusive to:

- Maintaining a training calendar and key training documents including policies and procedures
- Supporting with quality and compliance audits
- Making relevant bookings for staff and delegates for training
- Supporting with finance administration including purchase orders, expenses and invoicing

**About You**

You will be a highly self-motivated and dependable person with demonstrable business administration experience. You will be able to lead others, and have an excellent eye for detail particularly around compliance and audit.

You will have 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above including English and Maths, and/or a Business Administration level 3 or equivalent, or working towards this qualification.
