**Position **- Shift Leader

**Location** - Hillside Care Centre, Redhill, Hereford

**Salary** - £25,826

**Hours** - Various shifts available up to full time

**Closing date** - 13/05/2024**About the Service **- Hillside Care Centre, Located in the south of Hereford, (Redhill), providing a short term residential setting to support individuals to achieve their goals.

**What we are looking for and about you**:

- Prior experience of working in a care environment, ideally is similar role
- Hold Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or similar or able to work towards
- Able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.

**About Role**(please see Job description for more information)
- Daily assessments of residents.
- Reviewing and updating care plans in-line with goals.
- Medication rounds including the completion of MARS and audits trails.
- Liaising with Health professionals including GP’s and or Adult Social Care professionals.
- Working alongside therapy & supporting the Registered and Deputy Manager.
