**Salary**: £25,826

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new team at Hillside. You will be responsible for running the kitchen at Hillside in line with food hygiene standards for the provision of meals to clients staying with us.

In running the kitchen, you will be responsible for the provision of meals to clients including breakfast, main meal for lunch and a smaller lighter meal for supper.

You will organise and prepare healthy and nutritious meals ensuring individual preferences, dietary requirements and allergies are catered for, creating new menus as required.

As Cook you will be responsible for line managing the Catering Assistants, directing their work on a daily basis and ensuring relevant tasks are completed.

The role does require flexibility in working hours, to include evenings and weekends.
