**Pay Review Support Co-ordinator**
- Bristol - hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.- Few organisations in the world have the scope, complexity and scale of opportunity as BT do. You’ll be responsible for responding to queries, guiding managers through the process and taking ownership of problems through to resolution.- Your knowledge and expertise will be key to helping you deliver, and you’ll need to be flexible in your approach. You get to do all this whilst being part of a dynamic and supportive team with a passion for delivering for stakeholders and building a culture of continuous learning.**What are we looking for in our Pay Review Support Co-ordinator?**
- Responding to pay and bonus-related queries in a timely manner
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers in line with the Reward policy
- Guiding line managers through the compensation system and process
- Collating pay and bonus corrections and coordinating sign-off with Reward Partners
- Adhoc HR data checks and updates throughout the process
- Great communication skills, and knowledge of HR data and processes
- Ability to cut through complexity with confidence
- Ability to recognize the importance of working collaboratively and supporting the team to deliver
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and manage your time and the expectations of your stakeholders

**What experience is required for our Pay Review Support Co-ordinator?**
- Experience with BT HR Systems including SAP and Success Factors (desirable but not essential
- Experience in HR Services and Reward policy and processes (desirable but not essential)
