St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

**Purpose of Role**:
This role is based on our Northampton site and is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Health and Safety and Emergency Planning Team to co-ordinate and monitor emergency planning work activities and maintaining, updating, and auditing of our emergency planning policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant current legislation, standards, and guidance.

You will be supporting the Health and Safety Manager and working with operations teams across the Charity to ensure business continuity systems and plans are in place. This will include Business Impact Assessments, business continuity plan development, co-ordination of training, communications, assessment, and testing.
- Practical applied knowledge and experience of working towards business objectives and goals with strong project management skills.
- Be an effective member of the team, promoting a can-do attitude through a style of behaviour that is inclusive, open, and participative, with excellent communication skills.
- Be a natural problem solver who seeks innovative customer and colleague-focused solutions to complex problems.
- Have experience in operational roles including but not limited to, clinical services, health & safety, emergency planning, or estates & facilities.
- Be a positive role model and actively promote the Charity vision and strategic aims, and values.
