**FRANCHISE KIOSK TEAM MEMBER - PANKU STREETFOOD**

**Contract: Part Time**
**Salary: 11.50**
**Contracted Hours: 8 + potential overtime**

We’re Panku A group of food lovers with one common passion to create freshly made, delicious rice & noodle bowls, sizzling street food and hand-rolled sushi for everyone to enjoy. Panku brings together all the flavours of East and Southeast Asia to one place. From umami Japanese or punchy Korean to the aromatic fresh flavours of Thailand and Vietnam, Panku has it all to feast on.

- You must have a keen eye for standards and strive to always deliver the best quality food and service and results
- You should have an eye for detail and deliver consistent standards
- You should be personable with a 'can do' attitude
- You will be a strong team player and willing to lend a hand where needed
- You will be reliable and visible in your kiosk at the start of your shift
- You will have excellent communication and attendance and follow our absence policy ensuring you are available to work when required

**Key Experience**:

- Must have some experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver consistently high standards in food quality and business targets
- You will understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will be assisting the franchise owner in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food and serving customers with a smile.
- You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
- You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
- You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
- You will interact confidently with our customers
- have fantastic menu knowledge and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service.
