Franchise Kiosk Supervisor - Panku Streetfood

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

We’re Panku A group of food lovers with one common passion to create freshly made, delicious rice & noodle bowls, sizzling street food and hand-rolled sushi for everyone to enjoy. Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting the franchise owner with the daily operation of the kiosk including the whole shift in the absence of the manager overseeing food prep and service standards
- You will manage stock and ordering to ensure you and the team hit production and waste targets
- You will ensure budget is hit by managing labour and food costs as well as gross sales to achieve profit
- Lead consistent food safety standards
- Drive standards and lead team to achieve high levels of customer service
- Create an engaged team with a culture of team work and support
- Work closely with the franchise owner to assess teams skills and knowledge gaps to help build and maintain a high performing team
- Train team in a supportive and motivating manner providing constructive feedback
- Drive systems through coaching and spot checking and be a role model
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment by leading by example and report any issues
- Achieve a level of service through constant monitoring of brand standards
- Support and cover an emergency shift when needed

Key Experience:

- Must have some leadership experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver consistently high standards in food quality and business targets
- You will understand what it means to deliver amazing customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
