**Job Summary**:
**Requirements**:
1. Coordinate diaries and set agendas for project-related meetings and activities.

2. Collect and monitor data relevant to B Corp assessment (BIA) progress and outcomes.

3. Build and distribute communications to team members and stakeholders regarding project updates, tasks, and deadlines.

4. Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.

5. Take meeting minutes and prepare status reports and agendas for B Corp and relative meetings.

6. Conduct research on communities and activities pertinent to B Corp objectives.

7. Conduct studio audits to assess monitor B Corp standards and develop recommendations for improvement.

8. Stay updated with B Corp standards and to ensure our activities align.

10. Demonstrate an understanding and a keen interest of business sustainability principles and practices.

11. Have a keen interest in promoting diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the workplace.

12. Develop internal process’s to support continuous improvement that align with our objective to become B Corp certified

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience in Jira preferred but not essential.
