**Role**

A highly successful and well-established IFA Firm has an immediate requirement for an additional, experienced IFA Administrator, to join their existing team in Newcastle. They pride themselves on the personal service they provide and are extremely client focussed. The role is full-time and office based, working out of new, modern offices.

Supporting two Advisers, the role is both complex and challenging. Responsibilities will include:

- Process new business
- Deal with investments - ISA’s, unit trusts, pensions/transfers bonds, fund switches and encashments
- Produce valuations for various investments
- Deal with corporate clients and the management of their corporate schemes
- Client liaison via telephone queries
- Liaising with third party providers
- Monitoring compliance records

**Qualifications**
- Industry qualifications whilst recognised, are not essential
- Must be an experienced IFA Administrator and have supported Advisers previously
- Have knowledge across all main product areas including Pensions, Investments and Protection
- Possess competent IT skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Able to manage their time effectively
- The individual will have the opportunity to study and progress further, if desired

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
