**What's the opportunity**

Reporting to the Vice President of Vehicle Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and running a comprehensive Vehicle Simulation process including developing the process. You will be overseeing the entire process from early concept to final production validation.

**What you will do**:

- Leading and building of the Vehicle Simulation Team.
- Defining and implementing of a comprehensive whole vehicle simulation strategy
- Managing the Simulation process including implementation of state of the art simulation methods and tools.
- Working with the Vehicle performance and System teams to develop comprehensive simulation plans and then driving virtual performance to target.

**Who you are**:

- Experience in Vehicle Simulation or Development.
- Degree (or equivalent experience) within the automotive industry
- Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to explain and/or simplify complex technical information and compliance strategies.
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
