An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a **Self-Employed** Warrant Officer to join our Field Resolution team servicing the Doncaster postcode and surrounding areas. Experience of executing warrants of entry for utility clients is preferred, along with great communication skills and significant experience of negotiating with individuals from all walks of life. You should also be fluent in English and possess the tenacity and drive to go the extra mile when required.

This self-employed role offers a choice of days to supply your services but end of month company targets will drive certain requirements to supply on specific days. You will also require a reliable vehicle as the work allocated to you may require travel outside your local area.

**The Role**

Working on behalf of major household names from the Utilities sector, you will visit residential and commercial customers to execute warrants of entry and fit Pay as You Go Gas and Electricity meters.

You will manage a small team of operatives, including meter engineers and locksmiths. You will be responsible for taking the lead role with customers and either negotiating payments and payment arrangements or directing the meter engineer to fit a Pay as You Go meter.

You will also take overall responsibility for the safety of your team and conduct a full risk assessment on arrival at each address. You will review household vulnerabilities and the customer’s ability to pay, whilst taking appropriate measures to ensure that social distancing and infection control protocols are fully adhered to. This will include ascertaining whether customers or any member of their household has COVID-19, are displaying any of the symptoms associated with the virus and whether anyone in the household is shielding.

**Requirements**:

- A full Driving Licence.
- Use of a reliable vehicle.
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- A flexible approach to working hours and travel, and a willingness to go that extra mile when required.
- Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.
- Satisfy all regulatory requirements.
