We currently seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to assist in the delivery of a highly professional service focusing on actively managing asbestos across the property portfolio.

**This is an important role in which you will**:
? Carry out asbestos Management and refurbishment asbestos surveys primarily of domestic properties however you will be required to complete commercial asbestos surveys such as offices and communal blocks

? Assisting in the development of the quality assurance process by validating asbestos information

? Assisting in the development of the asbestos register

? Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

? Providing technical support on the management of asbestos data

? Contributing to the delivery of the operational plan and the development of an outstanding service

? Acting as a champion for change, innovation, continuous improvement, value for money and risk management

**To be successful in this role you will**:
? Hold a minimum of P402, ideally P405 or equivalent

? Hold a level 4 qualification in construction or equivalent (desirable)

? Have experience of asbestos surveying

? Have in depth knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance and construction projects specifically related to asbestos management

? Demonstrate a commitment to H&S to ensure safe operations and environment for staff and customers

? Have the ability to travel to various locations using own transport with business insurance
