Main description

Nissan is looking for an organised and hard-working Business Administrator Apprentice who is keen to kick-start their career within the customer quality function of one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world.

Build your knowledge, experience and professional network by joining Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) family, where you will be working alongside the existing Administration Officer to support a team of over 200 employees spread across 4 continents in the effective delivery of their day-to-day roles, with daily exposure to the TCS executive leadership team.

You will hold a central communication role for the function, supporting co-ordination of several cross-functional monthly review meetings with VPs and SVPs from across Nissan’s global operation, as well as facilitating the cascade of key business update information to the team via the TCS All-Staff Meeting.

In addition, you will act as a liaison to resolve any office/building-related issues with the local Facilities team.

In this dynamic role, you will be expected to remain flexible in your responsibilities to keep up with ever-changing demands of the team, and to support priority requests from the executive leaders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
All team communication co-ordination

Managing key meeting schedule

Travel & Expenses support & policy management

Office & Facilities liaison

HR & Finance system support

Entry Requirements

Five or more GCSES (graded 4 or above) - including English Language and Mathematics at Grade 5 or above.

**Desirable**: A Level / Equivalent education.

Salary starting at £17,955

**Working week**: M-T 8:00-17:00 with 35 Mins Break F 08:00-13:20 no break

This is a starting salary, there’s the opportunity for increase every 6 months based on performance
