Reed HR are working with a School based in North London to recruit a HR Officer on a 12 month FTC contract. Pay rate will be £32000 - £34000 per annum.

The main purpose of this role will be working in a busy school, providing operational human resources support and HR advice to all staff. You need to have a significant track record of administering STPCD and NJC conditions of service, the ability to operatethe school’s HR systems and knowledge to re-engineer HR practices and procedures to ensure that the HR function is maximising the use of ICT whilst minimising reliance on paper.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Support the School Business Manager in providing operational guidance, support and action on all HR Employee Relations matters.
- You will be confident, have excellent organisational skills and be a committed team player.
- You will have significant experience of HR in the public sector.
- You are an ambitious individual, proactive in nature and with a real passion for HR.

The role of the HR Officer is to deliver exceptional HR advice, have worked within a similar role previously and be able to support the organisations with its strategic aims, objectives, and operational plans.
