We are looking for a Holiday Sales and Ownership Advisor to help our guests book the perfect break at one of our stunning parks.

**Pay**: To be discussed at interview

**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full time (37.5 hours per week). This role requires flexibility to work weekends.

**What will you do?**

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Guiding guests through the journey of booking a holiday at one of our parks
- Creating leads for holiday home ownership opportunities by speaking with potential owners to discover their needs and preferences
- Carrying out supporting administration
- Working collaboratively with our park teams and other central functions, such as marketing and communications

**What are we looking for?**

If you come from a sales background, that would be ideal, however, we are very happy to train someone who has a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. We are a small and hard-working team and we are looking for an enthusiastic person who will learn all about our holidays and holiday home ownership opportunities to ensure potential holiday-makers book their ideal break and potential holiday home owners find the right solution for them.

If you have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to help customers book their ideal break or find their ideal park for holiday home ownership, we will train you to develop the role specific skills.
