We’re on the ‘lookout’ for a **Graphic Designer** to join our rapidly growing, full-service digital marketing agency.

We’re based in Maidstone Studios and we’re in there Monday-Friday because we love our hi-spec, comfortable office space. We’re looking for someone who would be **office based**, so we can work closely, as a team. We appreciate that everyone has a life outside of work, so we offer flexitime, and we are open to discussing any flexible requirements you may have, but just to be clear, this isn’t an opportunity for a fully remote role (sorry if that’s what you were looking for and have read this far).
**WHO WE ARE**
Established for just 18 months, we’re making noise in our sector. Already known for saying it how it is and being far from boring, we’re making a name for ourselves as intelligent digital marketers who know their stuff, but have fun whilst doing it.
Focused on servicing the construction industry, we smashed our first-year target in less than six months. We’re currently a team of seven and now, with some exciting client wins and impressive projects, we are looking to grow further with a **Graphic Designer**, extending our ability to deliver exceptional output for our clients.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
Have you got a background in both digital and print design? Are you confident in your ability to identify creative opportunities from briefs, and deliver solutions to complex challenges?
Working with our content and technical teams you will contribute creative expertise and an understanding of web development principles to undertake website design projects. You will also need to be able to translate technical information into digestible content and keep up with the latest digital trends to deliver engaging and stand out pieces of content.
You will need to have solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and be able to use Apple Mac and associated system software (**knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects is an added bonus for us).**
Do you need to know about the construction industry? **Absolutely not**. But you do need to be keen to learn about it - it’s not as boring as it sounds
**WHAT WE’RE OFFERING**

We’ll treat you with respect and always be straight-talking with you. Oh, and we’ll pay you **In the region of £26-32K**, depending on the experience you can bring.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
