**MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR | £11.55 per hour**

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our on-site First Aid and Occupational Health Centre, helping to care for both our guests and a 1,500 strong workforce.

Reporting directly into the First Aid & Occupational Health Center Manager, you will provide all aspects of administrative support to the First Aid and Occupational Health Centre team. You will be required to coordinate all admin for the department across a diverse range of areas, including organising clinics, meetings and welcoming guests and colleagues who visit our venue. Planning and administrative support relating to our ongoing Occupational Health surveillance programmes will be key.

You will ensure all required documentation is completed appropriately, logged on relevant systems and stored in compliance with GDPR regulations

You will also be required to provide First Aid assistance as required, including in the absence of a Nurse or First Aid Emergency Technician.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 86 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Essential requirements**:

- Experience of using Microsoft office packages to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous administrative experience
- The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, great communicator and excellent organisational skills
- First Aid at work certification, including AED (training will be provided)
- Full UK Driving licence

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous experience of working within an operational / medical environment
