**Working in NNB IT Supply Chain you’ll be contributing to Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero and help us become a leading player in the building of new Nuclear Power stations. You will be able to contribute to the sourcing and selection of ‘First of a Kind’ technology and involvement in business transformation projects.**
**The Opportunity**
You will work as part of the NNB IT Supply Chain team within Customers Supply Chain, which supports the PMO (Project Management Organisation), Digital IT, Quality and OIT (Operational IT) functions within Nuclear New Build (NNB). The NNB IT Supply Chain is a team of 3 who are responsible for providing procurement and contract support to the Nuclear New Build function of PMO, Digital IT, Quality and OITs. Your core focus will be on the Sizewell C (SZC) project, acting as a point of reference for the business and suppliers and will also work with the broader Supply Chain Team to ensure all opportunities are optimised.

**What you’ll be doing**
You’ll be supporting the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for procurement and contract management involving managing and maintaining the SZC Digital and IT contracts database, and updating progress status, licence renewals and spend.
You’ll be responsible for the renewal of low value and low risk contracts, as well as managing the licence renewals process which will involve working with internal teams to ensure renewals are reviewed and renewed before expiry. Providing contract administration support to the SZC Senior Procurement and Contracts Specialist which will include document filing, supplier analysis and research.
You’ll also have reporting responsibilities which include updating the supply chain tracker and generating supply chain spend data. You’ll also provide updates on task order, purchase order and payment status and generate ad hoc reports as requested by the business units. You’ll be requested to provide analysis on the reports generated from our systems.
You’ll update the NNB IT Supply Chain pipeline of Digital and IT projects report for procurement and contracts and ensure all Supply Chain personnel provide timely status updates. You’ll liaise with Project Managers/Requesters on task order status, rate card checks, ensure Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner, goods received invoices not approved/paid on time.
You’ll troubleshoot process issues such as unpaid invoices, delays from Task Order approval to PO issue liaising with NNB Governance teams. You’ll provide tender admin support to the Procurement Lead on major procurements. You’ll assist the Procurement Lead in collating questions and answers logs, managing comms and organising tender meetings.
**Who you are**
You will have previous experience with contract administration, management and possess a basic understanding of procurement. You will also have proven experience of working in a highly regulated environment. An understanding of financial reporting and legal contracts as you’ll be interfacing with these functions regularly. This role is akin to a start-up environment where you'll recognise not everything is documented and you'll have the ability to create processes where there aren't any.
You’ll demonstrate strong communication, team working and relationship building skills. This role will also require someone who is comfortable with and embraces change, as well as being resilient to fluctuating work activity and unplanned events. You will require a good understanding of IT (Office 365), reporting, analysis, and attention to detail.
