Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a temporary Office Assistant? We have a role for an Office Assistant to start on the 11th April 2023 for our client based in Lowestoft.
As an Office Assistant you will be required to work full time hours - 9.00hrs - 16.00hrs, with ½ hour for lunch. The hourly rate for this position will be £10.42 per hour and the contract will run from the 11th April 2023 - 5th May 2023.
You will be required to
- Use Xero, accounting package.
- Answer the phone and take messages.
- Make diary entries (by hand and electronically).
- Prepare sales invoices and enter purchase invoices on to the system.
- Reconciliation with payments that arrive via the Bank to Xero.
- Keep daily notes on all calls for the Manager.
- Friday only - hoover the office and empty the bins.
As an Office Assistant you will be required to have
- Previous experience of diary management.
- Previous experience of Xero.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- High standard of attention to detail.
- The ability to work alone.
Desirable - experience working in an Industrial environment.
