Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment.As a Project Worker you will be working with people who are homeless and some with addiction problems that might be moving on from homeless accommodation. The people you will be supporting are vulnerable and have complex issues, therefore we are looking for highly motivated staff with excellent communication skills, who can deal with a challenging situation should it arise.You will provide a quality service tailored to the assessed needs of each individual by identifying, planning and facilitating support to enable appropriate move-on options for each service user.
