A fantastic new opportunity working as a full time Business Support Co-ordinator based in Hulme. The temporary role has an hourly rate on offer between £10.50 - £11.50. This role requires you to be in the office full time

My client is a Not-for-Profit organisation that helps people with long term health conditions, physical disabilities and mental health to access support.
**Description**
**The key responsibilities of a Business Support Co-ordinator will include, but may not be limited to;**
- To receive, log and respond to internal and external queries and requests
- To handle and record financial transactions efficiently
- To place orders for suppliers and services
- To prepare supplier invoices for payment
- To prepare and send invoices to customers
- Deposit cash sales
- Record and maintain information within the database, both in manual and electronic systems
- Attend meetings and events offering business support
- To undertake all general office duties
- Take minutes of meeting
**Profile**
**The successfulBusiness Support Co-ordinator must possess the following skill set and experience;**
- Experience as a Business Support Co-ordinator
- Proven written and oral skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to tight deadlines
- Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Background working within Not for Profit and Charities sector
- To maintain accurate records within an electronic database
- Ability to travel to Hulme
**Job Offer**
