Fox Morris are working with Southwark Council in relations to finding a **Resourcing Advisor**to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including offer admin
- Highly organised and disciplined in managing workload
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and lean processes
- Ability to consult, plan, and think ahead
- Experience with selection and assessment techniques
- Ability to influence and communicate best practices Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers on selection and testing methods

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
