Working on a fixed term contract between 9 - 12 months for one of Europe’s largest, specialist food companies, you will support the business with a new system roll out across their 3 sites. The role of ERP Training and Communications Manager is pivotal toensure that the project is delivered successfully, working closely with lead people in the business.

A strong and proven track record in training, communications and change management is essential for this vacancy.

There is an option to be based in Manchester OR Enfield, with the opportunity to also work from home, travelling to sites and as when required.

**Vacancy overview**:

- As the ERP Training and Communications Manager, you will report into the ERP Project Business Lead as well as working closely with the Project team, Workstream Leads and Subject Matter Experts.
- A key contributor to the D365 ERP project to deliver and adopt a new ERP system across the organisation
- Ensuring that timely, accurate and high-quality user training is created, planned, and delivered for D365 Users.
- Providing engaging and appropriate communication throughout the project and D365 implementation.
- Being actively engaged with the change management plan alongside the project, HR, and leadership teams.
- Work with the Project team, Workstream Leads (WSL’s) and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to review the currently available training materials and assess and fill gaps to meet the business needs.
- Develop the training content into modules and co-ordinate the training schedule.
- Finalise the training materials for Testing, Go Live and Business As Usual (BAU)
- Support the roll out of training to the organisation, facilitating training personally where required, overseeing its implementation, and assessing training outcomes.
- Support, further develop and deliver the comms plan for the business from project, to go live, through hypercare and into BAU, ensuring that this is appropriate to the audience and relevant to the phases of implementation.

**Experience / Skills for ERP Training and Communications Manager**:

- ERP implementation experience as a training or communications lead, preferably gained in a D365 environment.
- Train the trainer trained, coupled with the ability to share this learning with members of the project team.
- Experience of creating training materials for software training.
- Ability to plan and deliver effective project communication.
- Some experience of change management would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
