We are looking for an accomplished leader with a track record of leading global sales teams at

**B2B SaaS **companies with revenues exceeding
**$100 million**. This is a key leadership position in our revenue organization, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overview of the responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the multi-product global Mid-market & Enterprise B2B SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

- Define and implement a customer acquisition and retention strategy to drive growth and customer loyalty.
- Leverage insights and analytics to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Market Expansion:

- Assess and penetrate new markets and segments for potential growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategy and innovation.

Sales Operations & Analytics:

- Collaborate the sales operations and processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve sales performance.

Team Leadership:

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the sales and partner teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

**About You**:

- Proven track record of successful leadership in Global B2B SaaS sales & methodologies, with experience in companies surpassing $100 million in annual revenue
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills, with a history of managing large teams of Sales Individuals
- Deep understanding of global markets, business practices, and market trends
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative sales approaches
- Demonstrated success in forging strategic relationships within the SaaS industry
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities with the ability to leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
