Our well established client is looking for an administrator to support the Private Client team in their Wellington office.

You will actively support all private client-related administration activities, these include but are not limited to:

- Typing
- Printing
- Preparing and collating documents
- Bill processing
- Assisting with file opening and closing
- Inputting data and maintaining records
- Supporting the Supervising Partner with file maintenance and order.

**Role responsibilities**
You will have experience of working in an administrative role.

A keen eye for detail will be essential, along with an organised approach to your work and good Microsoft Word skills.

You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
