Impact Mentoring work with young people from Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Wiltshire and BANES. Some of the young people are challenging and may have been out of education for some time.

We want our mentors to genuinely care about inspiring young people to refocus their energy towards something meaningful and to use their experience to help the young person develop.

Our mentoring is one-to-one helping a mentee achieve goals they wish to achieve. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the well-being and safety of the young person.

**There is a requirement to have your own transport or access to a vehicle and possess clean driving licence** driving is part of the role you would be required to collect and drop off to designated places as well as transport to activities.

We have successfully transitioned many students back into mainstream schools and educational settings and want people to come on board who have a passion to be part of a team to help further these successes.

**Due to the nature of the role a full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£17.00 per hour
